One of the most appealing , rare and fine quality chronographs of it’s period that you could expect to find ,  more so at our selling price!

If researching the little known brand of Mulco SA watches ………….. do not believe what you may initially find!
Sometime just after the mid 20thC ,  Mulco as the manufacturers of the highest grade watches through the 1930s , 40s and early 1950s ,  ceased to exist.

With the name being shelved and later purchased by an entity that had/has zero to do with the high grade wristwatches with complications , military & civilian watches such as this Fine Very Rare Mulco late 1930s Sector Dial Valjoux 22 Chronograph.
The owners of “mulco watches” since the latish 1950s produce a totally inferior quality of watch.
The original Mulco used the SA in their brand whilst the modern brand does not.
Their website states that Mulco watches started in 1958 ,  whilst technically correct ,  it is also misleading.

One of the more highly sought wrist chronographs under au$15k by collectors of early watches with complications they are almost an ingima as examples such as this watch are very rarely found and on the few occasions the superior examples pre 1950 are found on the market ,  they often have price tags of au$7,500 to $15,000. {verifiable}

I have read that Mulco SA first watches were made 1936.
That is incorrect ,  as Mulco first registered and sold top end chronographs from 1931 and were first registered and produced watches from Uhren –  La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland  in 1931.

This Fine Very Rare Mulco late 1930s Sector Dial Valjoux 22 Chronograph antimagnetic with stunning two tone sector dial dates to c1938 and presents even better in person than the images suggest

It is powered by the renown Valjoux 22  9 tooth column wheel and it is keeping nothing short of chronometer grade time!
NOTE the image showing a movement timer registering the accuracy at 23 Seconds per day!!

Very few chronographs of this age would equal ,  let alone better that accuracy ……. regardless of which brand name graced the dial!
This especially Fine Very Rare Mulco late 1930s Sector Dial Valjoux 22 Chronograph offers genuine value when compared to what equal Mulco watches with complications and of this pre 1940 date sell for ,  especially when in such remarkable and 100% original condition!

The entire watch is totally original and in excellent condition.
The 35m case has never been repolished.

The current images do not do this stunning two tone sector dial 1930s Mulco antimagnetic chronograph any justice and it presents considerably better in person.
